Powered by and recommend a friend
Tablez has two small ways to say thanks. A line at the bottom of your booking page, and a free month when you send another venue our way.
What the Powered by line does
Every booking page and every booking email shows a small "Powered by Tablez" line. It is on every plan and cannot be removed. It carries your own code. So if a guest books with you, likes how easy it was, and runs a venue of their own, they are counted as your recommendation when they sign up. You do nothing.
How to recommend a friend
- In the left menu, under Account, click Recommend a friend. Only the owner login can see it.
- Press Copy next to your link.
- Send it to a pub, restaurant or cafe owner. You can use Send on WhatsApp or Send by email, which fill in a short message for you.
- Check Who you have recommended on the same page to follow how each one is getting on.
How you get the free month
When the new venue has paid for three months, you get a month of your plan free. A yearly payment plus two months with us also counts. We either refund a month to your PayPal, or add a free month to your plan if there is nothing to refund.
The small print on the page is worth reading:
- They must be a new venue, signing up through your link or your booking page within 60 days of clicking it.
- You can earn up to 12 free months a year.
- You cannot recommend your own venues.
- The free month is for paid plans. If you are on Free, your reward waits until you move to Standard or Pro.

Can I remove the Powered by line?
No. It shows on every plan. It is how other venue owners find out about Tablez, and it can earn you a free month.
How long until I get my free month?
After the new venue has paid for three months, with enough time passed since their first payment. The status on the Recommend a friend page tells you where they are up to.
What if I am on the free plan?
Your reward waits for you. Anyone who joins through your link is remembered, and the free month is yours once you move to Standard or Pro.
I cannot see Recommend a friend.
Only the owner login sees it, and it can be switched off for the whole platform. Ask us if you think it should be there.
