How to set up and use your floor plan

Paso a paso

1. Choose Edit floor plan under Your venue. You will see an empty room.
2. Press + Add table for one, or Add several to add a batch at once. For a batch, choose how many, seats each, a name prefix and a shape.
3. Drag each table to where it is in real life. Drag the bottom right corner to resize. Click a table to set its Name, Seats and Shape, or press Rotate 45°.
4. Pick a feature from the list, such as Bar, Door, Window or Toilets, and press + Add to room. These are only drawings to help people find their way. They are never booked.
5. Use + Add area for rooms or zones such as Garden or Upstairs. Name each area and set its width and height.
6. Press Save layout. Your plan is now live.
7. Open Floor plan under Day to day. Tables are coloured Free, Booked soon, Reserved, Seated or Needs cleaning. Tap a table to see who is on it, or press Now to jump to the current time.

What you can do from a table

Tap a booked table and you can press Seat them, No show, Running late or Finished, free the table. You can also move the booking to another table with Move to. Tap a free table to Seat walk in now or Book this table. Bookings with no table yet appear under Not on a table yet.

Two handy tick boxes

At the bottom of the editor, Put online bookings straight onto a table places new bookings on the smallest table that fits. Let customers pick their own table on the booking page does what it says.
