Why does my booking page say full?
A guest tells you there are no times, but you can see empty tables. The page is almost always right for a reason you can fix. Check these four places.

Timing rules
Go to Settings, then Booking rules. Minimum notice hides times that are too soon, and How far ahead people can book hides dates that are too far away. A two hour notice rule makes tonight look full at 5pm.
Covers cap and pacing
Go to Settings, then Tables. Largest party online sends big groups to ring you. Max covers per service caps the whole evening, and Pacing caps each 15 minutes. A slot can show full because of a cap even when tables are free. See pacing.
Hours and closures
Go to Settings, then Opening hours. Check the last booking time, because it stops bookings before closing. Then check Special closures, because a closure shuts the whole day.
Tables already taken
Open the Day view. If every table that fits that party is booked at that time, including the turn time, then the page is right. Guests can join the waitlist if you have it switched on. See turn times.

- Check caps and pacing. Settings, Tables, Max covers, Pacing and Largest party online.
- Check hours and closures. Settings, Opening hours, last booking time and closures.
- Check the Day view. See whether the tables are really taken.

Often it is the Minimum notice rule, a covers cap, or pacing. Check Booking rules and Tables settings.
Why can a big party not book online?
Largest party online sends bigger groups to ring you. Raise it under Settings, then Tables.
Does a closure cancel bookings already made?
No. It stops new bookings for that day only.
Can guests join a waitlist when it is full?
Yes, if the waitlist is switched on under Booking rules.
