Questions
Is it safe?
Yes. We never ask for your Google, Facebook or Instagram passwords. On Facebook you add us as a partner, and on Google you add us as a manager, and you can take that away whenever you like. Posts go out without you needing to approve them, and you can switch on "Let me check posts first" if you would rather see each one.
Do I need to be on Tablez booking?
You need a Tablez login, and the free plan is fine. You do not have to take bookings with us to use this.
Is there help to get started?
Yes. Setup help is free on every plan.
Posso cancelar?
Any time. Monthly packs are PayPal subscriptions that renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel in PayPal or on the Grow page, and the pack stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Get found on Google and review reply bundles are one off payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
Who writes the posts?
We do, in plain, friendly English that sounds like your venue. We use what we know about you, your menu and your news. You can keep private notes and keywords for your venue, and every post and reply follows them.
What about reviews?
We reply to your Google reviews for you through the manager access you give us, so you never send us anything. We write a professional reply to each review, spell checked, using your venue's facts and local keywords. Google posts and review replies, Full package and Everything include 10 replies a month (not unlimited). After that you buy a bundle and each reply takes one off, from 20p. Bundles are a one off payment and never expire.
