Running the door on a tablet? The Live panel is one big screen for the whole shift. Open Live panel from the menu, under Day to day. Prop your tablet up near the host stand and leave it on. At the top you see how many people are in the room, how many seats are free, and who is due in the next two hours. The bars show how busy the next three hours will be. Arriving soon lists the next bookings. When a guest walks in, tap Arrived. They move straight over to Seated. Tablez are shown on every card. Seated now shows who is eating and about how long they have left. When they leave, tap Finished. The table is flagged to be wiped. Online requests that need an answer appear in their own box, with the allergy in red. Tap Accept to confirm them. A no show needs two taps, so you cannot hit it by mistake. Switch sound on to hear a beep for new requests. Tap Full screen to hide the browser bar, and pick Light or Dark. The screen stays awake and refreshes itself every fifteen seconds. That is the Live panel in Tablez. Everything for the shift on one screen.
