A booking system everyone can read

Tourists, students, hotel guests and staff from all over the world: not everyone who wants to book a table reads English easily. Tablez's booking page, booking emails, dashboard and staff app all come in 14 languages, and anyone switches with one tap on the flag.

Quick answer. Yes, you can take restaurant bookings in other languages. Tablez's customer booking page and its confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails are available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic (right to left) and Chinese, on every plan including the free one. Your dashboard, the staff app and the emails Tablez sends your venue come in the same 14 languages.

How it works

  • The page picks the customer's own language from their phone or browser settings automatically.
  • They can switch language at any time from the menu on the page.
  • Their confirmation and reminder emails follow the language they booked in.
  • Arabic is laid out right to left, as it should be.
  • Bookings you add by phone or for walk-ins use your venue's default language.
  • Your own wording, like your welcome line and booking terms, shows exactly as you write it.

Your team's side too

  • The dashboard and the staff app switch language from the flag at the top of every page.
  • Each login picks its own language, so a Polish chef and an English owner can share a venue.
  • The owner's choice also sets the language of the emails we send the venue: new booking alerts, the daily table list, waitlist, plan and billing emails.
  • Guest names and notes always stay exactly as they were typed.
