Do I need a website to use Tablez?
No. Every venue gets its own booking page with its own link, so you can take bookings without any website at all.
Watch: Do I Need a Website?
No website needed. Copy your booking link, print the QR poster, or embed the form later. 47 sec
What you get without a website
- A booking link. Free venues get an address like 5434.tablez.uk. On Standard and above you choose your own, like yourpub.tablez.uk.
- A QR code you can download as PNG or SVG.
- A printable A5 poster for the door, the bar and the tables.
How to find them
- Under Booking page in the left menu, click Share and embed.
- Press Copy next to Your booking link.
- Download the PNG or SVG, or open the Printable A5 poster.
You can change your address once every 30 days, so update any printed QR codes afterwards.
If you have a website
The same page offers three ways to embed the form: an iframe, a one-line script, or a Book a table button that opens over your site. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and plain HTML. See add Tablez to your website.
Where to share the link
Put it on your Google Business Profile, in your Instagram bio and as your Facebook page button. See sharing your link.

FAQ
Related questions
Does the free booking address look odd?
It is a short code, which works fine for a QR code. A custom name like yourpub.tablez.uk comes with Standard.
Can I put the form on my own site later?
Yes. Copy the embed code from the same page and paste it into your website whenever you are ready.
Will customers know it is Tablez?
Your name and logo show on the page. A small Powered by Tablez line appears at the bottom on every plan.
