How much does Tablez cost?
Tablez is free for up to 60 bookings a month, with no card needed. Paid plans start at £9.99 a month and there are never fees per booking or per cover.

Tablez is free for up to 60 bookings a month, with no card needed. Here is what the plans cost. Standard is £9.99 a month, or ninety nine pounds a year. Pro is £24.99 a month, or two hundred and forty nine pounds a year. Groups are priced by arrangement. On the Free plan, every booking counts towards the limit, online, phone and walk in. On Standard and Pro, only bookings made online count, and phone and walk in bookings you add yourself are free. Texts are pay as you go, with one credit per text. Deposits go through your own Stripe account. Order and Pay is separate, at £10 a month on top of Pro. There is no setup fee and no contract, and you can cancel from your dashboard. The plans
- Free: up to 60 bookings a month, your booking page and QR poster, email confirmations and reminders, and the owner plus one staff login.
- Standard: £9.99 a month or £99 a year. Up to 1,000 bookings a month, plus the floor plan, guest profiles, waitlist, reports, push alerts, texts, unlimited staff logins and your own booking address.
- Pro: £24.99 a month or £249 a year. Up to 5,000 bookings a month, plus deposits and card holds, gift vouchers, events and set menus and the kitchen and bar screen.
- Group: for chains, or more than one venue on one invoice. Priced by arrangement, so talk to us.
What counts towards the limit
On the Free plan every booking counts, online, phone and walk-in. On Standard and Pro only bookings made online through your booking page count, and phone and walk-in bookings you add yourself are free. See what happens if you go over.
Extras that cost more
Texts are pay as you go: you buy credits, one credit per text. Deposits go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own card fee. Order and Pay is separate: £10 a month on top of Pro, or £19.99 a month on its own, with the first 14 days free.
How you pay
Paid plans are paid through PayPal, monthly or yearly, and you can pay by card there. You can change plan or cancel yourself at any time.

Is there a setup fee?
No. We will also set Tablez up with you for free, on the phone or by video, on any plan.
Do you take a cut of deposits?
No. Deposits go straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard card fee and Tablez adds nothing.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans are monthly or yearly, and you can cancel the renewal from your dashboard whenever you like.
