How do I get my data out of Tablez?
Your bookings and guests are yours. You can download them as a spreadsheet (CSV) from the Bookings page at any time.

Your bookings and guests are yours. Here is how to download them from Tablez. In the left menu, click Bookings. Under the filters you will see Export, with three links. Pick this list for the bookings you have filtered, all bookings, or customers. The customers file shows each guest's visits, no shows and cancellations. It downloads to your computer, ready for Excel or Google Sheets. The Reports page has a Download CSV link too, and the Guests page has its own download on Standard and above. Export first if you ever close your account, because everything is removed for good after ninety days. Exporting never deletes anything. Start free at tablez.co.uk.
How to export
- In the left menu, click Bookings.
- Under the filters you will see Export with three links.
- Pick this list (CSV) for the bookings you have filtered, all bookings, or customers.
- The file downloads to your computer.
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The customers file lists each guest with their visits, last visit, no shows and cancellations.
Other exports
- The Guests page has its own CSV download (Standard and above).
- The Reports page has a Download CSV link.
- The mailing list can be exported if it is switched on for your venue. If not, open a ticket under Help and ask.
Staff and the owner
The owner can do all of this. A staff login needs the Reports and exports tick, which you set under Staff logins.
Before you close an account
Export first. Deleting an account closes your booking page, and everything is removed for good after 90 days. See change plan, cancel or delete.

Related questions
Do you sell or use my guest data?
No. We do not sell data, run a marketplace or market to your customers.
Can I move to another system?
Yes. Export your bookings and customers as above. Most other systems can import a CSV.
Does exporting delete anything?
No. It makes a copy and leaves everything in place.
