Yes. Every confirmation and reminder email has a link, and guests can cancel with one tap, up to a cut off time that you choose. Open Booking rules, and find Customers can cancel online up to. Choose anything from thirty minutes to seven days, then press Save changes. The default is two hours. Before the cut off, the guest sees a cancel button. You both get an email, and the table is freed straight away. After the cut off, the page asks them to ring you. If you take card holds on Pro, you choose how many hours before the booking a cancellation releases the hold. And if your waitlist is on, people waiting are told.
