Allergies, birthdays and VIPs are the things staff must never miss. Here is how to flag them in Tablez. Open any booking from the Bookings list. Allergies show in a red box at the top, so the team sees them first. Press change next to Tags, or Edit booking. Tick the ones that fit, like birthday, anniversary, VIP, high chair, or wheelchair. Regular and new customer are added for you. The allergies box is just below. Anything typed here shows in the red box on the booking, and on the floor plan when you tap the table. Tags show as coloured badges when you tap a booked table on the floor plan, so the team can see them on shift. That is flagging guests in Tablez. Add the notes when you take the booking.
