How to use the day view
The day view is your service sheet. It lists every booking for a date, split by lunch and evening, with the waitlist and a picture of which tables are in use.
Watch: Use the Day View
One page for any date: bookings by service, the waitlist, and which tables are in use. 64 sec
What is on the page
- Covers booked for the day, with links to add a booking and back to the month view.
- One box per service period, such as lunch or dinner, with the time range and covers. Each booking shows time, name, phone, party, table and status.
- Outside service hours, for any booking that does not fit a service.
- Waitlist, with who is waiting, their preferred time and a Remove button.
- Tables in use, a timeline of bars. Each bar is a booking holding a table for its turn time. Overlapping bars mean more than one table of that type is taken.
Closed days
If no service is set for the date it says Closed on this day. Change that under Opening hours.
