If a Guest Does Not Turn Up
What happens when a guest does not turn up, and how to mark a no show in Tablez.

A guest has not turned up. Here is what happens in Tablez. Open the booking from Bookings or Today, and press No show. Pressed it by mistake? Use Back to confirmed. If you took a card hold, it is charged when you mark the no show, and the message at the top tells you. With a deposit, you simply keep it. Both are on the Pro plan. The no show goes on the guest's profile, so you can spot repeat offenders, and your Reports page shows your no show rate. Tablez sends the guest nothing.
