No. Guests book from your link in their normal browser. There is no app to download, and no account or password. They open your link, or scan your QR code. They choose how many people, the day, and a time. Then they type a name, email and UK phone number. Add a request or allergy note if you have those on, and tick to agree to your booking terms. They get a confirmation email straight away, with a link to look at the booking or cancel it. If they lose it, there is a find your booking option on the page. Want to see it from the guest side?
