Closing and special hours
Close for bank holidays and private parties, and set your last booking time.
Transcript
Closed on Christmas day or got a private party? Here's how to tell Tablez, so nobody books a table when you are shut. Open settings, then hours. At the top are your service periods. These are the blocks of time guests can book, like lunch and dinner. You can add more than one a day. If you never open on a certain day, say Monday, tick closed next to it. Guests will not be able to book that day. Last booking is how many minutes before a period ends that the final table can be booked. 60 means a 9 o'clock close gives a last booking of 8. Now the one-off days. Bank holidays are not automatic, so add them yourself. Press add a closure, pick the date and add a note if you like. Guests see that day as closed. Press save changes and you're done. To bring a day back, press the cross next to it and save again. That's your hours and closures sorted. Hours are on every Tablez plan, including free.
