Phone and Online Bookings
Phone, walk-in and online bookings share one diary and the same tables.

Do you take bookings by phone as well as online? Tablez keeps them all in one diary. On Today or Bookings, press Add booking. Enter the date, time, party size, name and phone number. Under Taken by, choose Phone, Walk in or Other. Add an email and tick Email the customer if you want them to get a confirmation. Phone and online bookings use the same tables, so an online guest will not be offered a table you just promised on the phone. On the Free plan, phone and walk in bookings count towards your booking limit. On Standard and Pro, they are free and do not count. Phone, walk in and online, all in one place.
