What happens if I go over my booking limit?
Nothing is blocked the first month you go over. Every booking still goes through, and we email you. Online booking only stops after two months in a row over the limit.

The three stages
- First month over: every booking goes through, and you get an email.
- Second month in a row: every booking still goes through, with a firmer email.
- After two months over: new online bookings stop once you reach the limit that month.
When it stops
Guests who try to book online are told you are full for the month and given your phone number. Your diary, staff logins and every booking already taken carry on as normal. Guests never see anything about plans or limits.
Moving up a plan switches online booking back on straight away, and you start again with a fresh two months of leeway on the bigger limit. A month under the limit also breaks the run.
What counts
Bookings made on your booking page count, including declined requests, but not cancelled ones. Party size does not matter. The count resets on the first of the month. Your Plan and billing page shows how many you have used.
