Several venues, one login and one invoice

If you run more than one pub or restaurant, you should not need a different password for each. One login can switch between all of them, and bigger groups can ask for one invoice.

Quick answer. Sign up each venue with the same email and password and a Switch venue box appears at the bottom of the left menu. This works on Standard and above. For one invoice covering every venue, talk to us about the Group plan.

How to link your venues

  1. Set up your first venue as normal.
  2. Sign up your next venue with the same email address and the same password.
  3. Log in. Every venue your password fits is added to your login.
  4. At the bottom of the left menu, open the Switch venue... box and pick the venue you want. The dashboard changes to that venue straight away.

Each venue keeps its own booking page, bookings, tables, settings and staff. Each plan covers one venue, so on Standard or Pro each venue has its own plan and its own bill.

One invoice for a group

The Group plan is for chains and bigger groups. It includes everything in Pro for every venue, unlimited bookings by arrangement and one invoice for the group. It is priced by arrangement, so we talk it through with you first.

  1. Open Plan and billing in the left menu.
  2. Scroll to Contact us about upgrading and choose Group in the Plan box.
  3. Add a note saying how many venues you have, and press the button.

Questions people ask

Which plan do I need for several venues?

Standard or above lets one login switch between venues. Each venue has its own plan. The Group plan covers all of them with one invoice.

Do I pay once for all my venues?

On Standard and Pro each venue has its own plan. For one invoice for everything, ask us about the Group plan.

Do my venues share bookings or guests?

No. Each venue is kept separate with its own bookings, tables and settings. You just switch between them.

How much is the Group plan?

It is by arrangement, depending on your venues and bookings. Contact us for a quote.
