Add to calendar: fewer no-shows
A guest who puts the booking in their phone calendar is far more likely to remember it. Tablez gives every guest a one-tap way to do it. You do not have to set anything up.
Stap voor stap
- They book on your page, or you add a booking with their email address.
- On the confirmation page they see Add to calendar. Underneath are links to Apple / iPhone, Google and Outlook.
- The booking drops into their calendar, with your venue name and address, the time and the booking reference. The calendar entry holds a link to view or change the booking.
- The calendar entry is set to remind them two hours before, so it pops up on their phone on the day.
- The same buttons are in the confirmation email, the changed booking email and the reminder email.
Checking it yourself
Make a test booking on your own booking page with your own email, and look at the confirmation. That is exactly what your guests see. You can find the link under Share and embed.
Pair it with texts and reminders
Tablez also sends a reminder email about a day before a confirmed booking. On Standard you can switch on text reminders under Texts. Together they cut no shows. See our guide to reducing no shows.
